Good personal injury lawyers settle most traffic accident personal injury claims out of court without a trial. However, your legal rights entitle you to have compensation for your loss and pain and suffering determined by a trial by jury, if you so choose. One word of caution: DO NOT SIGN an insurance company release, which might limit the liability incurred by an insurance company, without first consulting your lawyer. DO NOT GIVE a statement to an insurance company or an investigator until you have spoken with your lawyer first.
